I am fascinated by the effect of light on a subject. In my artwork, I constantly strive to create the illusion of 3 dimensions on a 2 dimensional surface. My early years were defined by living on the Puget Sound in Washington State. To this day, water holds a special attraction for me. My goal is to create paintings that reflect the peace and beauty that I see in the world.
